Mixer for high mixing quality

Our V-mixer standing device achieves the highest mixing quality with maximum gentle mixing. It is up to the high demands of industrial production. Due to its easy handling and clear control, no long training periods are required. The mixer is filled via the upper TRI-Clamp flange and emptied via the easy-to-use butterfly valve on the underside of the Y-mixing container. The special, very robust construction allows you to drive under the mixing container to collect your mix when emptying. The mixing container has no dead spaces on the inside and can be polished to ensure a better cleanliness properties. Which  means that cleaning is less complex and less time-consuming and furthermore avoids cross-contamination with other mixes.

The stand-alone unit can be expanded with additional functions, such as a control display, with the output of data for batch management or a log printer. Emptying the mixing container via automatic positioning system and the stainless steel butterfly valve on the underside of the Y-Tee simplifies your production sequence.
