Ribbon mixer for 100 to 200 liters

If compulsory mixers are also suitable for your manufacturing process, and you prefer short mixing times, then you can opt for a ribbon mixer from us. Our standard model can mix up to 200 liters without any problems. Thanks to a powerful 4.0 kW motor, these filling quantities are no challenge. With this model, you also have the option of optional extras such as a spray system for coatings.

The mixing container and the agitator are seamlessly welded and ground from stainless steel. The interlocking belts on two levels create a flow of the mixing material in all directions. We offer a blasted or polished surface finish.

For convenient filling, the divided lid is opened halfway and tilted forward by 20 - 40 degrees via a handwheel. For emptying, the lid is fully opened via an electric cylinder and the mixing container is tilted further down.  At emptying, the agitator can be operated in creep speed by key operation to transport the mixing material to the outside.
