V-mixer for large production

The powder mixer as a large device is up to the high demands of industrial production. Due to its easy handling and clear control, no long training periods are required. The associated loading system enables your employees to fill the Y-Tee container easily and effortlessly.

In contrast to the filling of the standing unit, the mixed material is filled into a container. This is then moved under the mixer with the help of a lifting and transport trolley. Thanks to guide rails attached to the floor, you and your employees do not waste valuable time maneuvering the transport trolley. When the transport trolley has moved into position, the container with your mix is lifted and docked  to the V-piece.

The mixing container has no dead spaces inside and can be polished to ensure cleanliness. The V-tank has two openings with manhole covers on the top for easier cleaning.

The large device can be expanded with additional functions such as a control display, data output for batch management or a log printer.
